The location is in a narrow alley. The room we received didn't match the picture when we booked. The door wouldn't close. The shower couldn't be adjusted, and the TV wouldn't turn on. There was only one service person and they were hard to find. Overall, it wasn't pleasant.

I stayed here during a long weekend, in general it was a bit expensive compared to the room facilities. The staff were friendly and nice, I could leave my suitcase for 24 hours. The room was spacious and had large windows so it felt spacious. The AC was not cold enough, maybe the AC needs to be cleaned. The cleanliness of the room floor needs to be improved. There needs to be tissue and a trash can in the bathroom. Only 1 toothbrush is provided, whereas usually 2.

Old hotel in the city center of Banyuwangi, quite clean and spacious room, very limited TV channels, there is a desk for working, good Wi-Fi connection

Strategic hotel located in the center of Banyuwangi city, behind Roxy. Access to the hotel can be done by car. The atmosphere is not too noisy because it is not right next to the highway. The bedroom is comfortable and there are hot water facilities for bathing. Good service and delicious food

The staff is helpful, the room is very spacious and clean. I will stay here again next time I go to BWI.

The location is in the middle of the city, close to Roxy Mall and cafes. The room is quite spacious, but the walls look like they are peeling, which is not nice to look at. When checking in and checking out, there was no one standing by in front, it took a long time to call them.

The staff is friendly, there is a clean swimming pool, the place is comfortable in the city center, close to shopping and banking centers, close to several restaurants such as McD, KFC, and others.

For those who want to go to Banyuwangi, this homestay is highly recommended. Apart from the comfortable place, the food is also delicious.

Like the beautiful place, there is a rich home, the room is spacious but unfortunately when I stayed electricity again it went out for 2 days and the room booked turned out the bathroom was clogged which eventually, when I moved it, the room was not suitable.

It's comfortable to stay 2 nights in this hotel. I love its ethnic style, the room is big enough and has the terrace so I feel like staying in my own home. The staffs are friendly & helpful, they service us well enough. Recommended for one star hotel.

The place is suitable for families, really cozy according to me because it's like at home. Good service. Only need to repair the rolling door of the damaged room, at that time we stayed in room no. 1. The rest no problem for us and our family 😊

It's fun at the Kumala Banyuwangi hotel. The service is satisfying and can meet the needs. Although it's only a 3-star hotel but it feels like staying in a 5-star hotel and the facilities are really good. For that I recommend for everyone.
