my honest review I hope the location is comfortable, but on the edge of a narrow one-way public road and passed by large trucks, densely packed so it's difficult to find food outside, when checking in the elevator happened to be broken so I had to leave my suitcase to be taken upstairs, the hotel is clean, the water Hitler and AC are good, but unfortunately when I entered it was stuffy because THERE ARE NO WINDOWS AT ALL FULL WALLS, in my opinion this is not safe if there is a dangerous incident such as sorry God like a fire and the door is locked and cannot be opened or whatever, SO IT IS VERY DANGEROUS BECAUSE THERE IS NO ACCESS TO EXIT, NO WINDOWS, THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT, hopefully it can be input for the manager to consider the windows, I stayed in room 208 on the 2nd floor, so far the service is good,

This is my first time staying at a Transit Hotel because I was catching a first flight. And it turns out the room is clean, comfortable and close to Soetta Airport. Although small, at least it's better than a capsule hotel at the airport. The only downside is that there's no toilet tissue.

I've stayed here several times but this time, when I woke up I was shocked because when I looked there was a cockroach on the bed. I didn't take a shower and immediately checked out. I told the front officer and they only apologized...

There are also many choices for cheap food around this hotel. The price is very affordable, the standard facilities are quite good and fulfilled. It is also close to the Cengkareng Golf Club field, only 7 minutes from the hotel. Have tried several other hotels/lodgings around the airport. This seems to be very value for money. Most likely, next time I will go to this hotel again.

It was so noisy. I got room 101 on the ground floor not far from the reception. From midnight until dawn, people were chatting in front of it so noisily that I couldn't sleep. This hotel or place for mothers' social gatherings is terrible.

Dirty, salty water, bad female CS, guests even my own siblings were not allowed to enter the room, they were only allowed to talk in the lobby, without being told the reason and not asking who it was.
