Friendly staff, delicious food, great location. The downside is the pillows aren't very comfortable, a bit flat. Hopefully, this can be improved.

First time at Grand Hyatt, great place, with nice staff. The room was spacious with a nice view on the monument (16th floor). During the night around 1 AM, a bit noisy outside due to motorbikes, but only for 30 min. Really enjoyed also the facilities (sauna and swimming pool). The morning breakfast was also amazing with variety of food and good service. Clearly recommend.

Our stay was good. Easy to go to the center of the city and to find food, both western and Indonesian food.

In my opinion, it's just normal to stay here.
