The staff are helpful. Had an issue with the shower, it got fixed quickly. A fan in the bedroom loft would be nice. While the AC cools down the room, it doesn't quite reach the bedroom area. Also, need a tea towel to dry dishes.

From furniture to sofa to kitchen to bathroom, the unit badly needs an upgrade. Kitchen sink and cabinet are crusty and smelled of cockroach (none was seen, fortunately) and the sofa was half-busted. The staff only cleaned my rented unit once of the five days of my stay. But at least the bed linens are clean, wifi, ac and smart TV work and the work station is available (uncomfortable for more than an hour work due to no back support). Worst of all, the width of the stairs to the loft are narrow and dangerous. But to be fair, I consciously chose this unit to save up so the price fits the place.

Good place, clean, good security, overall worth it

Clean including mdi rooms. Complete cooking utensils, there is also a toaster, electric kettle and automatic washing machine, you don't need to do laundry. But it's worth the price.

First, we don't get the loft type apartment, we got the # 3, it 's tucked behind. The place was ageing, but feels comfortable and homey. It comes with a fully equipped kitchen, dining utensils and an automatic washing machine. This place might not feels sophisticated, but it 's homey, got everything we need and within walking distance to a lot of places.

The complete rooms are spacious, clean & comfortable.
