The hotel was very comfortable, with views of the rice fields, allowing us to freely explore them. The food was quite varied, and yesterday we received a free room upgrade. Very impressive.

It was a very comfortable stay at this hotel. This was my second time staying in a different room than before. I stayed in a premier room type in the new building. The room was spacious, clean, comfortable and in this room type you get morning tea & afternoon tea. The hotel staff were also friendly and very helpful. The breakfast was the best. There was a little tragedy that made me upset and a bit angry, when my children and I were swimming, suddenly a father appeared with his child while smoking and then suddenly entered the swimming pool and smoked casually in the pool. Immediately we immediately stopped swimming, I looked for the officer there so that immediately take action and the officer's response was also quick to immediately reprimand the person. A little rant, hopefully Santika Premiere Garut will be better :)

The staff are all friendly and very helpful. The premiere room is very comfortable. Although it doesn't have a mountain view, the view is still beautiful. The breakfast is also delicious.

The staff are friendly, the air in Garut is cool so you don't need to turn on the AC, the breakfast menu is varied, children under 8 years old are free... the pool is warm water...
