Tiap ke jogja buat CPNS, selalu nginep di sini. Tempat bersih dan nyaman. Owner juga ramah banget. Jangan ragu sih kalau mau nginep. Berkah selalu owner sekeluarga.

Ownernya ramah deket jalan raya deket mall, alfamart dan indomart deket warung bakso juga tempatnya bersih wangi cuma g ada air anget, ac dingin tv nyala peralatan mandi bawa sendiri karena tidak disediakan

Plus: 1. Dekat Kanreg 1 bkn yogyakarta. 2. Jalan kaki udah bisa nemuin Jogja City Mall & KFC. 3. Dekat Alfamart/Indomaret/atm BCA/BRI. 4. Keluar gang sudah ada angkringan, warung bakso/soto/mie ayam. 5. Pemiliknya ramah bangett, sempet pinjem stop kontak/terminal dan dipinjemin hehe 😊. 6. Fasilitas: AC, Wifi, toilet duduk tanpa flush, shower, tempat jemur handuk dan disediakan 1 handuk. Yang perlu diketahui: 1. Karena memang dampak pandemi, minimarket kecil yang ada di penginapan sudah tutup. 2. Shower air suhu normal/tanpa ada yang hangat. 3. Bawa peralatan mandi dari rumah ya guys

Small bathroom and no hot water. The television is okay, the closet is okay, the mattress is okay. AC is not cold enough. The innkeeper is friendly and kind.
