arrived at the hotel at 23.00 in a very tiring condition with a toddler, greeted curtly at the concierge service just because we didn't know where the hotel lobby was, just escorted, let alone expecting to be brought luggage
when checking in at 23.00 had to wait more than 30 minutes to be able to access the room because there was only 1 receptionist and was busy with guests, there was no welcome drink or simple meal while waiting, a warm welcome like in the reviews I didn't get here, fortunately my toddler is independent enough to find his own activities
arrived in the room at almost 00.00 intending to just clean ourselves, we found a room with a leaking shower, we were told to wait for repairs, looking for a cup of coffee accompanied by cockroaches, hoping that the service was finished so we could enjoy the bathroom but the shower was still leaking so we were moved to a new room
at 01.00 we were only able to access the proper room, even then the name of the occupant was still the name of the previous occupant so I felt like I was sharing someone else's room and with such conditions my toddler was forced to go to bed at 02.00, It really fits the tagline of an unforgettable luxury experience, a luxurious bedroom but not with the others so, this experience is unforgettable and I don't want to repeat it for a room that is around $150/night I would rather choose a 3 star hotel for a week than a night here
