The hotel is in a convenient location, but the room felt a bit outdated and the soundproofing wasn’t very good. I could clearly hear conversations from the next room and even singing from the building next door. However, the staff were nice and friendly, which made the stay more pleasant.

Central location, convenient to travel, clean rooms, enthusiastic staff; The downside is that at night there is a bit of singing noise (not sure if it is from Bui Vien area or the singing bar) and the bathroom design is not very suitable. I think this place is suitable for those who stay for a short time

I stayed at the hotel for 5 days, on Tuesday the receptionist reported that the pillow was dirty and asked me to pay for cleaning the pillow, but because of subjectivity, my grandparents did not report the dirty pillow when checking in. On the third day, the receptionist reported and I went to check that the stain had been there for a long time, like a leak or had not been cleaned for a long time, and the lady who cleaned my room on April 14-15 said some bad things and implied that I was trying to argue so I didn't have to pay 60k for cleaning the pillow. Right after that, I went down to talk to the receptionist who worked all the morning shifts, but only received a few sentences telling me to let it go and not to pay attention, in fact the receptionist always interrupted me and did not want to listen to the customer's opinion. The rest was fine, but the morning receptionist and the housekeeping staff handled the problem very poorly, making my family unhappy when staying for the next few days.

For the price, this hotel offered excellent value. The rooms were stylish, the breakfast was delicious, and the service was top-notch. I was very impressed with the overall quality of the hotel, especially considering its prime location in District 1.

Everything is fine, but the pillows are too high and hard. The staff are extremely enthusiastic and attentive. But the hotel is next to a karaoke bar so it's very noisy.
