The room is very dirty, the sheets and blankets are not washed, there are still dust and yellow stains on the hair, although the space is large with windows, but the hygiene is extremely poor.

The receptionist is very enthusiastic to support. Newly renovated hotel, very new and clean, 5p walk to the sea. Will come back if there is a chance to come to Nha Trang again.

We rented 3 rooms with 01 air-conditioned room not cool. We told the receptionist but the situation has not improved so I had to install a fan. There are 02 other rooms, the toilet door is not locked, we have to use a small garbage bin in the toilet to stop. Every time the door of the room opened to go out and go, the toilet door would open, quite frustrating.

I rented all 3 rooms with 01 air-conditioned room not cool. I told the hotel owner to repair them but the situation was not improved, so I had to add a wall fan. There are 02 rooms, the toilet door is not locked.

New, clean, friendly, enthusiastic staff. Rich breakfast.
