The hotel staff is very good, the service is very good

Not bad for that budget, but there are no towels, you have to ask for them first, and amenities, etc.

The AC is not cold, it needs regular AC repairs and wall paint rejuvenation.

The staff is friendly, the check-in and check-out process is easy.

Not bad for that price, but yesterday we got a really smelly room, smelling of saliva and drool, the more the AC was on the more it smelled, to report it we had to move rooms, we were about to be asked for an additional fee of 50 thousand, but because it was not our fault but their fault so they didn't, the curtains also smelled really bad, the walls were full of graffiti so it looked unclean, the floor was full of stains so it looked dirty, please really improve the cleanliness so that visitors are comfortable. Oh yes, for other guests, you can tell the employees or the inn not to make noise at night so that other visitors are comfortable because at night it is really noisy especially on the upper floors.

Every time I go to PLG I always stay here

small room, slow wifi, small shower water, bad TV signal. dirty room, the distance between the bed and the wall is close, it's hard to walk because it's narrow. under the bed is dirty, lots of trash, lack of staff, no broom. won't stay here twice.

The place is nice and comfortable, but the downside is that there is no cloth to dry your feet when you get out of the bathroom, so my suggestion is to bring a foot cloth.

It's appropriate for that price, but it's not very comfortable because everything is fined, even if you're late checking out for just a minute, you'll be fined.

The location is strategic, but the room size is too small for 2 people. Cleanliness is okay, affordable price.
