I left my wallet in my bed after check out. I called the reception about it and they told me a guest after my stay turned over it to them. If the guests returned it why didn't they call me when I logged my name and number. When my friend checked and got the wallet I lost all my money almost 250 dollars, i’m a filipina by the way. It’s so impossible that a guest returned it when they have to clean the bed first before letting anyone stay. Just wait, I will definitely file a case against this hostel. Plus, they don’t have a cctv. Also, they are not accommodating not to mention that they don’t even clean the room plus the water flows so slow like you’ll be done in 1 hour for sure. It s***s.

The hotel is well located in the city, the price is interesting, the check-in was not so easy, the staff was very friendly, the hotel had some trouble with regard to the water of the shower So they moved us to another hotel near Grab.
