Good, service is okay, even though there is a lack of a bit like WiFi interference, but overall is comfortable, thank you.

There is no WiFi, towels, toothbrushes, soap, shampoo. His promise was l cookware, but only a spoon plate. AC not cold. The sink is smelly, the room is not on demand even though it has been promised ... disappointed

Only consider this place if you have no other choices. Room was different and nothing good about it except its view. Ac was not working properly, bathroom was not in a good condition, and most importantly they provide drinking water but in a really poor condition, undrinkable though! Sorry to say but just skip this place

Not recommend for J.K.G for jarddin apartemen bandung , until 5 pm if you not call booking site, no one call you to give you key of your room, and the agent, she doesn't kindly person, she is not a good person for service customer, she checked she said I don't have my room, i already paid booked and paid by a booking site few hours before , so I tried to cancel the room caused for check late, caused agent J.K.Gand she said no book room for me, she said if I want to cancel, call booking site and can get return money but she is lair ! I called booking site confirm to cancel and return money back if agent J.K.G confirmed also. so don't think to get your room in apartment Jarddin by J.K.G if you not call them first, can imagine if you come 11pm from another city, that woman sleeping?? you can sleep in park area. hehe, caused that woman agent said I never call my customer if already booked by booking site and paid, my customer will call me!

The rooms are comfortable, simple, enough for us and our 2 children are resting after a long journey, my daughter is very happy because there are swimming pool facilities, thank you Traveloka, thank you Jarrdin Apartment with Ozzy Cozy Room.

Booking and paying for 3 apart twin beds, 18m2 for 1 night on December 23, 2018, for 6 people, 3 after husband and wife. Fun to travel and tour. Location in the shopping center of Bandung. Ciampelas city walk. Run out of shopping time and go home happily. The hotel is very helpful in service. A pretty decent room for overnight stays. Single beds are more like children boarding services, night check-in must be improved.

The place is close to the city center, the rooms are clean, the service is satisfying, the staff is standby 1x24 hours. Very recommended.

Cheap, close to Cihampelas Walk and Sky Bridge, unfortunately the wifi is not active, the sink is clogged.
