Please coordinate between apart and tenant owners of apart more repaired, because when I came to check in there was no coordination with the owner of the apart so I had to go around the receptionist and the marketing building. For the check out procedure is very complicated, I have to get the car out of the basement and go up to the apart to put the key and access card, finally I leave it to the receptionist because it's too complicated

Private apartments are rented so when you check-in contact person is also difficult. So you have to contact the owner for a few hours when going to the apartment. We also have complaints. thanks.
