Pre-check in sampai penyerahan kunci berjalan lancar. Setelah penyerahan kunci, kecoak sudah stand by di area kitchen sink. Di susul dengan 1 lagi di area kamar. AC di ruang tamu panas dingin. Di susuk dengan pecah nya pipa samping toilet di hari berikut nya menyebabkan banjir di area dalam apartement. Engineering cepat tanggap dalam membantu tetapi cso malah menanyakan apakah mungkin anak usia 3 tahun menyebabkan patah nya pipa yang menurut engineering sudah lapuk & lama termakan usia. Akibat nya air harus di matikan kami tidak bisa mandi atau menggunakan toilet. Lalu PIC juga menanyakan jika anak 3 tahun saya memaikan remote ac yang di letakkan di rak bagian atas yang tidak bisa di jangkau anak. Peralatan dapur yang tidak di perhatikan dalam kondisi berkarat tidak layak pakai walaupun sudah coba di cuci. Overall, the worst experience of our lives.
