On the first day of check-in, several workers suddenly came into the room to fix something. I let them in, waited 30 minutes, and when they didn't leave, I had to leave the room and inform the staff. The staff said they would stay and watch the room while I was away. An hour and a half later, I returned to find the room wide open, with no staff member watching, even though there was a lot of stuff in the room, and the workers were still working on the balcony. I called customer service, and it took another half hour before the workers finally left the room (they opened the window and went inside, completely unaware of the privacy of the guests inside). The hotel's support team only sent a text message apologizing, but didn't make any attempt to call or check on us :((. It's a 3-star hotel, but there wasn't a single receptionist on duty. 80% of the time, when we went downstairs, there was no one to assist us. The phone in the room was cut off, so we had to contact them directly via mobile phone, and it took 15 minutes before a receptionist finally showed up. The worst experience I've ever had at a 3-star hotel.
