my 1st time staying over at this hotel. The staff are friendly, the room is fragrant & clean even I who is fussy about the cleanliness of the toilet have no complaints because it is so clean. Hopefully the management & staff will maintain and even improve the quality. I will recommend to my colleagues. 💯

+ In terms of location, it is representative. Easy access to everywhere, for example to BKN Medan or USU. Easy to find shopping places and places to eat. The waiting room is quite helpful. - The water in the sink is clogged, the water is yellow, the deposit is too expensive, the facilities are not worth it for a price of almost 400 thousand. The sandals provided are only one, which should be according to capacity. There is no wardrobe for clothes, so it disturbs comfort because there is no place to store clothes. The staff still lacks soft hospitality skills. Another list of fines is that it doesn't make sense for some items.

The AC is not cold and the AC sound is noisy. It means it hasn't been cleaned/serviced for a long time.

It's the second time we've stayed here, when it coincided with Ramadan fasting, for sahur the hotel had provided it but we had to take breakfast, right, because it coincided with fasting being changed to sahur, everything including the employees, security everything is the best, great anyway Hotel Depari 🤗 👌.

The woman receptionist not friendly. The room have a many cockroach baby it mean dirty maintenance. The toilet don't have a tissue roll even tissue ini bedroom just only a few not full in box. For breakfast the taste good and the staff at the restaurant good.

Clean and comfortable, the rooms are nice and the location is also strategic.

Toilet kotor, air tidak panas, TV rusak.
