I was very impressed with this hotel. Everyone from the security guard at the front desk, the housekeeping staff, the restaurant staff, and the parking attendants were very friendly and polite. I truly felt comfortable staying at Morazen. To Mrs. Bella, I would like to express my sincere gratitude for helping me print and revise my documents, as it was late at night and I had to send the necessary documents immediately. Thank you again, Mrs. Bella. The restaurant offers a wide variety of food, from international to local, and the food is delicious. The hotel also has a comfortable semi-indoor swimming pool and a children's pool. It was a pleasure staying at Morazen, and I will definitely recommend it to my colleagues if I have an assignment in Surabaya.

When I go to Surabaya, I always stay here because of its strategic location, close to everything. Since it was still called the Grand Daffam, the staff has been incredibly friendly, the hotel is clean, and the rooms are also clean. Overall, it's definitely worth staying here.
