No dryer, no air conditioner, no cool air, sleep and sweat so bad

Friendly staff, convenient location near the beach

The hotel is also clean, but the beach is a bit far away. The hotel door is a bit dark and deserted. The sink is clogged and cannot be used. The housekeeping staff needs to pay attention to the toilet paper and supplies to replenish them.

As much as I was excited, I was disappointed. This is not called a hotel but just a motel. The bed and sheets were dirty, smelled bad, I didn't even dare to cover myself with a blanket. There was no TV. The hotel installed a solar water system but when there was no sun, they didn't turn on the hot water for guests. This was really a bad experience. At night, the hotel was pitch black, I regretted spending money on lighting decorations. I looked for a long time to find out.

The hotel is from 2019 so almost everything is degraded. The bathroom is not very clean. The air conditioner is not cool, extremely hot. The hot water runs out around 8pm, only defrosting water remains. There is also no hair dryer in the room, you have to go to the reception to borrow one. The whole room has only 1 mirror which is the mirror in the bathroom. In general, the hotel owner should renovate the hotel!

Old and dilapidated hotel! It's generally 4 star local, not real 4 star! You shouldn't come here.

Overall, the hotel is quite good. The night security guard is very enthusiastic and friendly. The room is ok and fully equipped. But the hygiene is extremely bad. After staying for 3 days, the bed sheets were very uncomfortable.

The bathroom stinks, the bed and pillows are all stained, the bed is like the picture. I booked a room for 2 adults and 2 children and travel suggested a room that met my requirements, so I booked it. When I checked in, the receptionist said the room was for 2 adults only. I don't understand.

The downside is that the lobby is dark, the front of the hotel is also scary and dark, the room is spacious and the AC is cold, the bathroom is clean.

The TV won't turn on, probably just for decoration. Every 15 minutes or so, the door in my room rings loudly. I can't sleep peacefully with the door closed. Luckily, I only slept for one night. The blankets and mattresses aren't very clean. There's no free drinking water. Normally, every hotel has at least one bottle.

I think the room rates here are a bit high. Apart from the basic services that are okay, the air conditioner in the room cannot be controlled and the TV cannot be turned on. I stayed here for 3 nights but the room was cleaned only once.

Clean room, fully equipped. The surrounding area has many amenities, very convenient for living and moving. Beautiful city view, especially at night. Friendly receptionist, enthusiastic support. Very satisfied stay experience!

Check in 15 minutes and still can't get into the room because the door card is faulty. Overall Very Bad. Now I believe in the latest reviews. I read them before but didn't really believe them. Arbitrarily opened the door and cleaned the room when the guest went out without a call. Really quite annoying because the luggage was still all over the room.

I booked a double room for 4 nights and got a super cheap price, just over 1 million. The hotel is cleaned daily, the staff is friendly, and the hot water is fixed, which is full points (sometimes there is a lack of hot water for bathing). Overall, I am very satisfied, great experience.
