The bed is not clean. I got my infant bitten by bed bugs. The towel is dirty. The water is not provided (there was a 19L water bottle on top of the water dispenser but it was empty). The admin didn't reply when I asked about it. My stay was unpleasant.

Fast response. Enough just for transit. But no wifi, TV wasn't working.

Diapartman parking which we had to pay personally was huge at check out Sunday 27mar 2022 rp. 45000 even though I checked in Saturday 26mar2022 at 21 but was charged Rp. 45000. Even though the other apartman when I checked out, it was handed over by the manager/owner of the room. As far as I know, the one who paid is not spilled over to the one who checked in. Empty airgallon, no toothpaste available. Stoves, spoons, small pots, glasses are there. Hot shower in the bathroom, none. The good thing is that there is a special swimming pool for 2 year olds, so our 2 year old child looks happy.

We couldn't check in because the security guard couldn't allow us in because there was no contact person as a result the booking and payment was in vain.

The rooms are not clean, dusty and there are cockroaches, the sheets and bed covers are also torn, the tv doesn't work. Admin is responsive and kind, but the room is disappointing.

(+) The place is comfortable, neat, clean, there are cooking utensils, shopping / snacks near Indomaret (-) Pillows must be replaced because they are a bit flat, the swimming pool cannot be used because of Covid.

It's convenient because of the location, only the water dispenser runs out, there is no WiFi, the towels smell damp (forced to dry) and only 1.

The positives: spacious rooms, complete cookware even though it looks old, the water heater works well, and many TV channels. The negatives: the cleanliness is very lacking, the room smells, the balcony is full of dust, the dirty towels are full of stains, it's time to change a new one, the walls are already peeling, the fridge is very dirty, it seems that it has never been cleaned. If it was more cared for and kept clean, especially the aroma in the room would be more pleasant.

The rooms are clean and tidy, only the area is still quiet. Even though it was confused at the beginning, because each building had its own access, the owner was good, helped me to bring the items because it was not alone.

Bad boss. Check-out we have to hand over the keys to the residence that has rooms apart.

The initial stay in this unit was very comfortable, eating utensils and so on were quite complete, but now it is very different from the previous expectations not maintained, dirty walls, dirty balconies, incomplete cutlery like the beginning of staying here, gas stove can not turn on and not immediately repaired just talk and the reason for lazy looking for gas service / stove.

Quite comfortable. just so it's hard to check. please make it easy the others are okay.

The apartment is cool, complete facilities, all can be used. But the AC leaked was not repaired. Also only 1 towel remote AC is not there. cool pool. far away everywhere. if there is no hassle. Most can only order to eat online.

Clean, spacious rooms and easy access.

The rooms are comfortable but the AC remote is not there, and just found out that in the apartment there is an additional 1 hour 30000 parking fee.

Comfortable lodging, less only check-in has been checked-in at 11.00. It turned out when the check-in arrived at 12:00 p.m. with the reason that it had not been cleaned.

The place is comfortable, cleanliness is maintained, friendly service and of course the price doesn't over-pockets. I like it 👌
