Before making a reservation, you should understand this policy. When you arrived at the location, you urged us to accept 4 people in 1 room, and check-in early with the excuse of not reading the T&C when making the order. We offered a solution by adding 1 more room, but you refused with emotion and caused trouble at the location. It's a shame that you decided not to stay at our place.
