The staff's attitude in cleaning the room was extremely bad. They didn't clean the room properly after the day passed and their attitude towards the guests was extremely bad.

The room has a lot of ants, when requesting to change room the female receptionist spoke very rudely, loudly to the guest, unfriendly. The soundproofing is not good so it is very noisy.

I booked a single room but there were no rooms available on the day of check-in so I was upgraded to a double room. The room was quite small, clean and tidy. The receptionist was nice and let me leave my things. The experience was quite good.

The rail is next to the hotel so it was noisy whenever the train passed by. The shower drainage was slightly blocked. After the shower the grey water was completely covered my feet.

I booked a room for 1 night. The next day, I stay more, if I charge, I will pay. Phong for 1 more night has to be reported. If you don't report it, you will also have to spend money. Spending money at the hotel is more expensive than making a reservation at the app while you have a few more hours.

So disappointed, I had to check out immediately. - The alley is dark, noisy - Near the railway, so it is very noisy - The room is very tight, mysterious, poor soundproofing a too bad experience!
