Saya memesan melalui aplikasi sudah di bayar dan saya ketika sudah sampai tempatnya pihak penginapan tidak mau bertanggung jawab. Katanya oyo lagi error tapi saya sudah bayar. Mereka tidak mau memberikan kamar kepada saya dengan alasan harga beda dengan yang di aplikasi, saya tunggu di tempatnya sampai setengah jam pihak penginapan tidak mau urus. Malah di suruh telpon ke oyo langsung, sedangkan saya telpon ke oyo tidak bisa untuk komplain. Jadi kamar saya tidak dapat uang pun tidak kembali. Menguntungkan buat pihak Oyo dan pihak penginapan.
