Really very pleased, I feel very comfortable here.

Information about the actual room is wrong while we make the city view room, the room received does not have any view 😤😤😤. We cannot clean the room, change towels every day. When contacting the receptionist, these five times of seven replies are not their responsibilities 😤😤😤 until after we contacted again, the staff told us to get down. Essential items in the room are inadequate, TV has but cannot see. In fact, the room quality and the poor service attitude for a hotel was rated 8 points. It's terrible

The rooms are clean, convenient, safe, but each bathroom has a single room.

I had 2 great nites staying here. I think this place is a family business. They are very friendly with the guests. Bach - the man at reception is wonderful. He helped me a lot during my stay. Highly recommend

I am very happy with this hostel. From the quick check in to the friendly service, the clean room & bed, to the breakfast area and bars. They also have happy hour offering free drinks on the rooftop everyday. The location is right in the center of town. I could walk to the market, the lake, some museums easily (with the provided info on map from the reception). There are lots of restaurants and street foods around the hotel. I will come back.

The hotel is clean and polite, but it is more convenient to provide towels, toothpaste, or rental locks.

Towel rent 10k / piece. location right in the center of the old town, near the lake shore, convenient for transportation. Friendly employee. The toilet is clean, not afraid of getting stuck. No hair dryer. Fanless. The minus point is the poor cabinet design, customers have to spend money to lock the lock, but Hostel does not have a key.
