Clean, clean bed, clean toilet. But at night there seemed to be some unclear sounds, the refrigerator made a sound, maybe from the toilet, tick tock tick, it's not clear because the corner room should have minimal noise but it was noisy in the middle of the night. The AC was super cold, but the shopping center was a bit far.

The staff looked grumpy and rarely smiled at customers. Most of them seemed unfriendly. I don't understand why they're not like other hotels.

Stay at The Quarter Ari by UHG. Overall, the experience was truly wonderful 🤍. The environment was comfortable and clean, the room was neat and tidy, and the soundproofing was excellent—I slept very peacefully at night. The swimming pool offers a beautiful view of Bangkok’s night skyline, and the gentle breeze made it feel so relaxing and therapeutic. Although it’s a little distance from the city center, it brings a sense of tranquility in return. The only small downside was that the hotel food was a bit disappointing. Overall, it was a very pleasant and comfortable stay ✨

The hotel is in a great location, close to Ari BTS Station. The staff, Ms. Suki, provided excellent service. She was always smiling and friendly.

The staff provides good and fast service. The location is convenient. There are convenience stores, restaurants, coffee shops, and parking.

The accommodation is worth more than the price, clean, the wardrobe is very large, there is a safe, a refrigerator, a kettle, and even a microwave. The bathroom is large, the rain shower has good water pressure, is clean and has a beautiful view of the tall buildings. The fitness center and swimming pool are also good. It is near 7-11, so it is very easy to find food. There is Starbucks, Amazon, pizza, and a simple noodle shop.

The hotel is convenient for traveling. Nice view from the room, clean, and tidy. However, the hotel provided water 2 bottles only, needed to buy more from 7-11. Also, should have more trash bins in the room, not only in the bathroom.

The hotel is clean, the staff is friendly and the facilities are complete.

If you can't check in, you can still go in and make a reservation and pay.

The check-in staff gave me the wrong room card. I tapped the card and someone in the room came out and said to go downstairs and ask. This room is already occupied. Not only was I embarrassed, I was also scolded by someone in the room. My first impression was ruined. The problem was solved, but they only apologized. The matter of giving the correct room card is a very 1st priority, reflecting the image and security.
