From the security until receptionist, none of them are polite and nice. When we arrived there were no parking space, my husband went inside to ask where we can park. They said just wait, the security will come to help. Wait for almost 10mins nobody came. Until my husband had to asked again, then the security came and not helping. I said we are staying over, not only park for their cafe. Then he show us another parking spot and then carried our luggage to the reception. He asked which room are we in, I said we'd just arrived. We are checking in, He said but the room is full. I said, I'd made a booking. He then said, but the room is full while waiting beside our luggage in the reception, to make sure we weren't lying. The funny part was he said to the receptionist that he already told me that their rooms are fully booked but I said I'd booked a room. My husband then give him tip, and he just went away right that very moment. The receptionist then asked what would I drink for welcome drink and they never served it 🤪 after we were escorted to the room, we went outside passing the reception. But they give 'the look down' look. I wasn't even want to try their breakfast. Seriously ZIN, the room was amazing, tho' the floor is a bit slippery, but what's with your staffs attitude!

5 min walk to beach, great food selection of smoothie bowls, Indonesian good and vegetarian western food, beautiful rooms, incredible spa experience, all around wonderful wonderful experience. Would come again!
