The staff is super cute and enthusiastic! All my problems or questions were resolved quickly, with enthusiastic support! The food is delicious and close to the center so traveling is also convenient. My family's experience this time was great!

Poor soundproofing, the music at Ru bar is incredibly loud until 1-2am, giving me headaches and trouble sleeping.

Friendly and enthusiastic staff. Room soundproofing is a bit poor, even on high floors you can still hear the noise of guests outside the hotel, especially at night. Breakfast is not diverse.

I think with a central location, good facilities, good service and a higher room rate than surrounding hotels and a 4-star hotel, the soundproofing must be a bit better! My family stayed for 3 nights, rented 2 rooms, and moved to another room but the soundproofing problem was not solved and we still couldn't sleep for 2 nights, so the hotel should reconsider! Although the breakfast is varied, it is just okay, not delicious or special! I don't think I will come back to this hotel again.

The staff is enthusiastic and timely, the rooms are clean, the lobby and stairs are beautiful and luxurious, there is a Highland cafe next to the lobby which is very convenient. The food is diverse, fresh, the breakfast view is airy. If I go to Da Lat in the future, I will come back here to stay.

Everything is ok. But the security guard doesn't seem friendly, it's ok if you're older! Uncle helped me carry my suitcase to the car. As for the young security guard, he stood and watched while it was raining heavily that day and was not allowed to use an umbrella to get out of the car. Meanwhile, in the past few customers, I saw him holding an umbrella to cover the customers 🥲 We also hesitated to see if he would hold an umbrella? Because I still have a few bags of stuff in my hand. Seeing no response, I had to go to the car. It's embarrassing to call out because even seeing him standing there, I know it's raining, not that I don't know 🙂‍↕️

Ok. Delicious food, lots of it, right price

I booked the wrong schedule, my family arrived 1 week earlier than the booked schedule. The hotel still supported the change of schedule and helped my family check in immediately. Luckily, because that day, everyone was tired from the long trip, including 4 small children. Thanks to the hotel, my whole family did not have to sit outside and wait. Will come back next time. Thank you to the hotel and the staff for being so enthusiastic!!!

Lần nào lên Đà lạt cũng ở đây chưa đi đâu khác bao giờ. Khuyên các bạn có ý định đi thì cố thêm tí chi phí vào đây ở cho sướng cái thân nhá 🤣🤣🤣
