Clean rooms, spacious car park, easy to find location.

The bathroom smelled, probably from the water hole. The AC wasn't cold. It was already 10 PM, but the loud live music was so loud it could be heard in the room, the kids couldn't sleep. I don't know, but for the price, it was okay. 230 is quite expensive, considering that guest houses in Malang are around 200, equivalent to 3-star hotels.

The parking lot didn't get wet or hot. The fried rice breakfast was decent. Across the street from the hotel, there's a Padang rice stall that's quite busy for takeout. I made a last-minute order and luckily got a room at a reasonable price. You can store food in the fridge/freezer.

There was a lot of dust on the table, the exhaust fan was dead, the AC didn't work at all, and the sound of cars, motorbikes, and people passing by came in. It was probably because the windows were old-style glass.

The superior room was cramped, the AC wasn't cold enough, and the bathroom wasn't very clean. I ended up upgrading to a deluxe room and was able to rest comfortably. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful.
