Ample parking, clean hotel, especially the 3rd floor windows have a nice view at night.

Got a corner room, in front of it there is a table and chairs for relaxing while drinking coffee... Quiet atmosphere.

The hotel is close to Arjosari Terminal. It's just a short walk to the hotel.

The hotel was clean, the staff were friendly, and they let us store our bags while we were at Bromo. So, no matter what time we got home, we didn't have to carry our bags. Overall, I highly recommend it.

We've been staying at this hotel every year. When management changed, the service deteriorated.

Stayed 2 nights in room 310. The room was clean, dust-free, and very spacious. The AC was cold, the water was running smoothly (but I don't think there was any hot water), and toiletries and towels were provided. It was worth it, but there's no elevator; you'll have to carry your own luggage to the 3rd floor.

The service is okay, the room is decent, the bathroom is lacking because there is no hot water and the shower is too close to the wall, there is no welcome drink and hot water in the room, there is only one breakfast menu. The parking lot is okay, the toilet is a bit difficult to flush.

water comes out a little, the blanket is itchy, the mattress and pillow feel warm, like someone just slept on it, for ug others too

It was fun, the kids had a great holiday, the staff were really nice, they got free ice cream and other facilities.
