Staff very helpful and friendly. The room is good, but we experienced a very noisy night and morning. A connecting door to the neighboring room means we could hear everything from next door. Very noisy children playing and screaming late in the night and early morning. Early morning construction banging noise was also a problem.

Sangat puas atas segala fasilitas & pelayanan hotelnya. Suasana kamar dan suasana hotel-nya cukup menarik, pelayananannya pun sangat ramah dari mulai check in hingga check out.

Bilik & bilik air bersih. Cuma TV tak function.

Not suitable for us. The smell of the carpet is strong.

No elevator. For clean, comfortable rooms, places to sell food are still far from here.

Small rooms are difficult for us to pray. Limited hotel facilities are not the same as another hotel std. But hotel workers are all kind. Ok tq.

The hotel's staff was actually friendly and helpful, however there is no toilet slipper provided in the hotel.
