I stayed in room 625, an executive room. The security crew was so special, very friendly, smiling, and helpful, even when my car broke down, they even called a battery repairman to the hotel basement. The restaurant was clean, and we loved the Hainanese rice. There's no swimming pool, but our room had a spacious terrace where the kids could run around. The bathroom was clean, the tiles were safe and not slippery, but I suggest checking the floor drain, as it was a bit stagnant. :)

I always have a pleasant stay here, especially with the varied food and clean rooms in the city center.

Everything was nice and comfortable, but the hallway in front of the room was a bit stuffy, making it feel like you were filling up a water jug from the water dispenser. Oh yeah, they use a water dispenser here, so it's great for reducing plastic/bottle waste.
