The receptionist and security guard are friendly.
The car arrived dirty because of the rain. But in the morning I was surprised that the car was shiny.
The family room is comfortable, the bed is a double size, it turns out that 22 is really big..
Easy road access, and close to the town square..
Recommended hotel in Pemalang.

First time staying at Kencana Hotel, the atmosphere is very homey. The room is also big. Suitable for bringing family. Although there are some damaged items but it is still safe and the staff is friendly. Will definitely come back to this hotel :) thank you

Checking in at midnight was quite fast, the staff was helpful in taking things upstairs, the parking lot was spacious, our car was washed early in the morning, we were given late CO because we had to pray Friday prayers first. The rooms are clean, spacious, it's just a shame there's no elevator, we got a bathroom with a broken shower handle, the towels were a bit dirty. In the parking lot there is a children's playground, quite clean.
