Mình nghĩ rằng đây là 1 chuyến đi tồi tệ về ấn đề đặt phòng. Bọn mình đã đặt phòng ở khách sạn trước và khi đến nơi thì không có phòng để ở. Lỗi là do bạn nhân viên khách sạn vì chúng mình đã gọi điện xác nhận, thậm chí nhắn tin qua zalo cho bên khách sạn rồi và khách sạn cũng đã okie với bọn mình rồi. Mình rất bực khi mình đến nơi không có phòng để ở thì khách sạn lại đỗ lỗi cho app, nhưng mình vẫn sẽ để good vì ông chủ đã tìm phòng và đưa bọn mình tới phòng mới. Đánh giá nhân viên 1* ạ

White Crown Hotel is located on a small road in Ha Long City but still has a parking space, the hotel is conveniently located to the tourist attractions, clean rooms, new equipment, and staff. considerate and thoughtful service.

- The hotel is very luxurious with the main white tone and located near Sun World Ha Long Park, suitable for young people and families who want to come to Ha Long with the main purpose of going to the park. - The evening receptionist (male, I don't remember the name) is very friendly and always smiling at the guests - Clean rooms with very elegant wooden furniture, good bathrooms, strong hot water. Tone lights in the room can change white - yellow and I like this - However, the day shift workers only see working, passersby do not see anything. If you can exploit what the guests are looking for, what you want, you can bring more revenue to the hotel (For example, offering extra breakfast, renting a motorbike, selling tours to the bay ...) - I stayed 2 nights and there was no need to clean the room on the 2nd day, but I couldn't find the Do not disturb beach forever. - Set up mini bar in the room but no drinks inside. Guests will be happy to pay for the furniture in the fridge and also increase the revenue for the hotel.

Service very good compared to room rates!

We stayed for 2 nights, 5 people. Staffs were friendly and the owner was really helpful. They offered us a tour named "Ha Binh Cruise". I was wary because of all the scams but it turned out to be really amazing. Room was clean, not too small, had modern and luxury look. Our doors needed a bit effort to close. Lighting was kinda fixed so you either have all the lights on or just lamp. Hair dryer was also fixed inside of the bathroom so it was troublesome. Blankets were changed everyday but we usually found some little black fuzzy ball and unidentified small black objects (not insects for sure) on our beds on both nights. I was so anxious when I found out that I could barely sleep on the first night. Second night I just said f* it and went to sleep. We didn't have much choices in breakfast because they said it was winter (few guests) but the food did taste nice.

Great, reasonably priced, new hotels so everything is new. Minh loves the warmth so he chose this hotel because of the wooden furniture, the glass bathroom is fully equipped. The receptionist with the service is also very friendly and enthusiastic. In general, people should be here because it's so beautiful.
