Found this villa very suddenly, luckily it was still available & booked immediately, called the owner to make sure my booking was okay, immediately processed a quick check-in. The villa is very comfortable, feels like home & makes our family feel at home & comfortable while there. It's just that some cooking utensils in the kitchen should be more complete, such as providing a frying pan/1-burner stove, a small rice cooker, so it makes it easier for us who bring children to cook children's favorite foods. In the living room, it should be given a large hanging fan because during the day it's a bit hot, for the bathroom, some things need to be repaired/maintained better, such as the shower in the 2nd room, some of which leak when the water is turned on, the sink in the main room is leaking, the water drain in the main room's bathtub takes a long time to drain, the AC in the main room leaks so water drips on the floor while there are limited mats. The location is good in the middle of the city so it's easy to find food & the villa is easy to find. Friendly service, highly recommended for families. Hopefully Abhaya will develop to build lodging in other cities & continue to improve the quality of the comfort of its villas. Waiting for Abhaya villas in other cities.

Before checking in, we were contacted by the staff to hand over the keys because there was no receptionist. The facilities are complete like at home, cooking utensils, eating utensils, refrigerator, dispenser, etc.

The owner is friendly, the atmosphere is comfortable and the facilities are okay, complete with a swimming pool, hot water bath tub, microwave, electric stove and cutlery, there is even a clothesline. Security is also okay because it is in a one gate system complex and there are security guards. For amenities, maybe it can be improved again.

The rooms are spacious, the air conditioner is cold, there is a bathtub, a small swimming pool suitable for children. The weather in July is a bit cold so the air conditioner at 20 is already really cold, the hot water gets cold quickly. The only kitchen utensil is an electric stove with a pot and an electric microwave, but there is water in the 1 gallon dispenser so you can drink hot or cold with satisfaction, there is also a small refrigerator.
