The view is absolutely gorgeous. The staff are very friendly and efficient. There was a problem with the faucet in my room yesterday, and they came right away and fixed it. It was a huge, huge impression on my son.

Hidden gem and private, nice place.

Even though it's about 20 minutes to town, you can order GoFood. It's so nice to have a hassle-free meal. You can also order food from the restaurant, and it's delicious. Hanging out by the pool at night is so nice, enjoying the atmosphere and the breeze. You won't get bored if you just stay at the hotel.

1. It's more convenient to bring a private vehicle, as online transportation is difficult to find. It's far from the city center. It would be helpful if there was a shuttle service to and from travel destinations or the city area. 2. The staff is friendly and very helpful. However, amenities like slippers require a request and a wait. It would be better if they were provided from the start. 3. I forgot to request a first-floor room because my elderly mother had to climb up the steep wooden stairs to the second floor. The view of the room was only a dry rice field, which was very lacking. The room key was manual and difficult to use; an access card would have been better. 4. Cleanliness was excellent. 5. Breakfast was delivered late; I had to WhatsApp it before it was processed, even though I had requested it for 7 am. There was no landline to call the receptionist. The food was delicious, even though it wasn't a buffet. Add On: 1. Ordered Tom Yum at a restaurant near the beach; it tasted like sour vegetables. It could be improved. 2. Perhaps hotel guests could be given priority over regular customers to sit in the restaurant, as hotel guests are actually enjoying the beach view. Many people visit the beach just to take photos without ordering anything, so it's very crowded. This needs to be managed further.

Such a pleasant experience to stay here. The room is surprisingly spacious. Breakfast service is also very good, you can eat it anywhere in the hotel area, in your room, at the pool, or on the beach. The coffee is also delicious! The ambiance and the place are really top-notch; every aspect is beautiful. The pool could probably be kept clean better, as there are many trees around it. Overall, 9/10!

The atmosphere is comfortable and nice for a staycation and the staff are friendly.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, but the room, especially the beds, the bed sheets, and the pillows, were terrible. Need to change the entire things. The blankets, the towels, and the pillows were quite smelly and not clean. Maybe the laundry needs to be improved. The flow of the water from the shower was not strong enough, and we complained. They sent us a technician who told us the water debit was like that and couldn’t do anything. When we checked out, we complained, but the receptionist was very good handling the situation. It was quite disappointing since the hotel was actually beautiful and the ambiance was quite nice, but the room comfort and cleanliness were bad. The food could be better.
