My friend and I stayed for 1 day. We booked in a hurry so when we arrived, we were glad that the hotel was right in the center. The breakfast was delicious - the hotel support guy was very friendly. Minus points: The alley is not accessible for cars, the hotel has no elevator, the air conditioner is old and weak, there are mosquitoes, the water in the room is the kind that is poured into bottles, not bottled, so we were forced to use the charged water and didn't dare to use it, especially when we had a baby, the toilet system was smelly, the room was very small. And even more disappointing was that at 12pm, we checked out, at 10:30-11:30am the hotel called to see if we could rent an extra hour or rent an extra car - at 12:05pm they called and went to the room to urge us, even though I said "I need 20 minutes to check my personal belongings and change the baby's clothes" - but the receptionist stood there talking a lot and demanded an additional 20-minute charge 🥹. Bad experience when the staff was inflexible and we were bothered for the last 2 hours in Hue

Friendly staff, especially the poetic setting. Only the room's soundproofing is not good when the kitchen is cooking early in the morning and there are guests outside. Please note the house and property numbers in Hue when booking a car

This is my first time logging in just to make a review of the place that I stayed. I known this place through a well-known TikToker named Duy Truong and decided to follow him by reserving a room at this hotel for one night to enjoy the"river-view"room. Everything was fine, except for a few issues: First, the establishment claims to be a hotel but operates more like a homestay. One thing that annoyed me was the requirement to remove my shoes at the front door instead of being able to go directly to my room, similar to other hotels. I'm not sure if this is common in Hue, but the previous hotel I stayed at did not have this rule. If such rules exist, they should be clearly publicized on the websites. Secondly, I reserved a room with a"river view", but despite the window facing the river, I could not actually see the river from my room. In fact, the view was blocked by the restaurant 's roof and some large trees. So, I don't think this could be called a river-view room at all. Lastly, while the homestay was pleasant and accommodating, I encountered an odd situation. After checking out, I could left my luggage there even after the check out. I had some outdoor activities and ended up being wet. Therefore, I asked if I could use the bathroom. I mean I am willing to pay extra for the bathroom if needed, but I was pushed into the toilet and had shower with the bidet sprayer. I don't know if I should be offended or thanking for this.

It would be great if there were more than 5 stars to rate. From the comfortable bed, small but very clean room, the food is so great, not inferior to the restaurant. Note on the app that the room decoration is very meticulous and the home is very careful. The cake is delicious too. Thank you home very much. Will definitely come back.

Clean hotel, located next to the Perfume River

The hotel is quite poetic as it is located next to the Perfume River and in an alley so the space is quite quiet! Although the room is a bit small, it is clean, the food is delicious, the staff and the security guard are very enthusiastic!

I missed La Paix once last year due to some family incidents that made me cancelled the trip. I didn't expect a refund as it was close to the date and refundable time expired on app, thus super surprised when La Paix proactively called and asked the app to refund for me. That was the biggest reason that I wanted to visit La Paix this time. Everything is perfect from the welcome drink to the goodbye moment. The place is so nice with a lazily chill riverside, great great great food, and the hospitality level is nowhere to be found in such a cozy small villa. We will definitely come back and thanks for a great time. There's one thing I hope the place can do better is to recognize who are the guests in which room or at least check. Our sleep was disrupted a bit by an elder guest who couldn't memorize her room-which was opposite to mine, she asked a night receptionist to open my door for her by their spare key. She got out right after she saw us anyways, but the place is not too big, hope the staff can check in advance or do a better handover.
