Clean rooms, friendly staff, and ample parking.

The AC is not cold, even though the mode has been changed, including the fan mode too.

Check-in times are inflexible. We arrived at 12 noon and were told to wait until 2 p.m. to check in, but if we still wanted to check in at 12 p.m., we had to pay a fee. After 1:30 p.m., we were still waiting, and only after repeated inquiries were we finally allowed into the room. It was truly uncomfortable. The bedsheets had oil stains, and the blanket (bed cover) had red stains. We went to the front desk in the middle of the night to ask for a change of sheets, but there was no staff there at all. Sorry, I'm so sorry to stay there.

Check-out time is too early, usually check-out is at 12 noon.

I couldn't check in just because I didn't bring my ID card or driver's license, even though I offered to provide a photo or cash for a deposit.

Twice I got a room with a non-functioning AC, it was so hot. I couldn't sleep, so I had to open the window or sleep on the tiles.

I didn't stay overnight, that night I moved to another, more suitable hotel.

The hotel atmosphere is very quiet even though it is sometimes noisy and the check in/out process doesn't take long, it is really worth it for young people's pockets.

The bathroom smelled, and the AC wasn't cold. I'd requested a room change, but they wouldn't let me. It was uncomfortable.

The AC doesn't work, it really makes you feel hot all night.

The floor of the room is not tiled, so it is still just cement, so the room looks dusty.

It's not recommended for a place to rest because the AC isn't cold, it's really hot and the AC drips, the room isn't soundproof, there's no telephone, I booked for 2 nights but no room service came to clean it, even when I knocked. Maybe if they hadn't requested cleaning yesterday, it wouldn't have been cleaned, and they only asked for our help to clean it, just throw away the trash, I think changing the spray and cleaning the toilet should have been possible because cleaning doesn't take that long ☹️ even though the room type is quite good and there's a refrigerator... There were lots of small ants on the edge of the table, the towels smelled a bit musty, the toilet shower hose was leaking and had a musty smell too ☹️

It’s near Siloam hospital, it’s decent and comfy enough, recommended for those chaperoning patients to have a good rest
