I always stay here when I'm in transit. It's nice, comfortable, and the staff are friendly.

Points: • Close to Juanda 🛫 • Easy access • Lots of options for online food purchases • Rooms are decent for the price • Clean toilets • Rooms aren't stuffy • AC works well Points: • Because it's a house, the rooms aren't soundproof, especially if all the rooms are full and the neighbors are crowded • No mineral water provided, and amenities are lacking (only soap) • Towels are available but you have to rent them (Rp. 5,000 per towel) • No hot water available • Wi-Fi doesn't work optimally • TV is difficult to operate because the Wi-Fi frequently disconnects.

The staff is friendly, I left my jacket behind and the receptionist kept it, I was very satisfied staying here.

The staff was friendly, but yesterday I got a room where the TV was hard to turn on because the remote was slow. I'd like to suggest fixing the remote. The AC wasn't cold either.

Everything is as expected for the price, but the bathroom got a cockroach coming.

Friendly service... Welcome... Can warm up food for sahur... Great... There is gallon water... Clean... Only room no. 17 smells musty... Very damp... Please fix it so it doesn't smell and damp anymore... Even though the room is nice

The advantages are its proximity to the airport and the availability of a kitchen for cooking. However, there are mosques nearby, making the environment a bit noisy. There is no hot water for showers.

The location is quite convenient. It's in a residential area. Quite quiet, except when there are planes passing by so it's a bit noisy. Overall I like staying here. Oh, one more thing, the towels are free to use if possible😁

Comfortable, clean, recommended for families

Good, 5 stars even stars in the sky because of how comfortable it is & the service, my suggestion is if you can provide a written notice DO NOT MAKE NOISE in the lobby of the stairs that is easy to read, when sleeping there are loud noises in the lobby and there are even ± 2 children running around screaming. This is just a suggestion, hopefully it will be realized/fulfilled.

The staff was very nice, she also asked what time we would check in. Every time we go to Sidoarjo, we always stay here. The rooms are clean and comfortable and very kid-friendly.

It doesn't match the room photo shown.. the room and bathroom are dirty.. the shampoo smells.. the TV can't be watched.. at 2 am there were several people chatting next to the room (my room is upstairs near the laundry and those people were in the laundry area) it was soooooo noisy
