I stayed in Nha Trang for two nights and chose Vin as my place to stay I have stayed in Vin in many provinces and cities, however, I rate the service here as not good, not worthy of 5 stars Regarding check-in, it must be said that it takes a long time and is not professional Secondly, about the service in the room: even though I chose a high-class room, there was still no bathtub, no beach slippers, no welcome fruit Regarding breakfast, there were really few dishes compared to the 5-star places I went to Regarding parking, there is also very limited parking in the basement, otherwise it is in the hotel lobby During peak times such as morning, noon, and evening, waiting for the elevator takes a long time, even though there are quite a lot of elevators, guests are still uncomfortable waiting from 10 to 15 minutes, sometimes 20 minutes On the positive side: I rate it as having a good location, beautiful view right on Tran Phu street, clean, friendly, cute and enthusiastic staff Hopefully the hotel will take note of these comments to further improve the service to be worthy of the class and worthy of 5 Star

The receptionist had a rude attitude towards the customer. Even though I have been a regular customer here many times. This is the first time I have witnessed such rudeness and lack of culture from the staff.

Only the room was clean and the location was the only thing I booked for 2 million but the room didn't have a wardrobe, the place to stand was tiny.

Good service, enthusiastic staff, but there are things that need to be improved: Rooms are poorly soundproofed, bars on the beach can be heard singing loudly, breakfast food is not diverse. 3 days of eating the same food.

Mọi thứ đều tốt trừ máy lạnh không hề lạnh như mong muốn.. phòng khá nóng... mình còn phải nhờ thợ lên sửa máy lạnh cả tiếng
