Everything was okay, but at 9am for breakfast, there was only fried rice and bakwan left, and even then we asked if there was any, then the fried rice and bakwan came out.

The smell of dust is pungent. Hopefully the management routinely checks the suitability of the rooms every day.

We discovered another breathtaking view of Lake Toba. The journey from Pematang Siantar took about two hours, with plenty of interesting stops along the way. We passed through scenic routes where you can enjoy fresh durian at Sidamanik, the Babutong tea gardens around you, relax at cozy coffee shops, and savor sweet mangoes Parapat/Udang When we finally arrived, Lake Toba stretched out beautifully right in front of the hotel. You can swim either in the hotel pool or jump straight into the lake itself — both options are refreshing! The cool, fresh air instantly lifted our spirits and made us feel completely at ease. At the hotel’s restaurant, I ordered Nasi Goreng and Bandrek. The food was pretty good, and the fried cassava was especially tasty. However, I later noticed that the restaurant also served alcohol, which was a bit disappointing for us. Our two rooms were located very close to the lake, giving us stunning views. The downside was that they were quite far from the parking area, and we had to go down a lot of steps. Thankfully, the hotel providing a wheelchair for my mother, which made things much easier. One downside of staying here was the Wi-Fi, which was difficult to connect to, and the mobile signal was quite weak. Occasionally, the electricity would also cut off for a while. Overall, the stay was enjoyable, but the room rates were quite high compared to other options like Marinna, Labersa Samosir, or even the Niagara Hotel.

The first time to this hotel was okay, the second time was okay too.. well the third time was less satisfying especially the food menu was not friendly, even though my child paid 85 thousand. Just asked for an omelette because my child doesn't like to eat fried rice, they didn't give it...

Very disappointing. I do not recommend it, starting from the room service provided, but there is no media call, have to shout to find staff, the system is complicated, even though there is no food around. Access is quite difficult. Toiletries are very small. Worst of all, I stayed until 10 pm, when I entered the room it was full of insects everywhere, the staff was slow, did not immediately find a solution. This hotel does not have an elevator so everything takes a long time. Please fix it, the hotel price is not cheap.

The hotel is nice and modern, there are many good photo spots. The food is delicious and the waiters at the cafe are very friendly. There is a playground for children, which of course there is also a pool for children. Suggestions for the owner/manager, the entrance road can be repaired, hotmix asphalt/concrete. Around the location there are 2 other hotels that use the same entrance road, so just coordinate to chip in to repair the road so that it is better and the occupancy is more crowded. Managers at restaurants should be able to estimate the number of guests at weekends. Added chef cooking personnel. Waiting to order food at dinner lasted up to 1 hour.

The AC is not cold enough because it is not serviced, the TV cannot be turned on at all. Not recommended at all. There is also not much variety of food for breakfast.

Keterangan check in jam 3 tapi baru dapet kamar jam 5 sore, ribet kirain ada lift ternyata engga, repot kalo bawa barang banyak naik turun tangga.

Chekin jam 14.40 tapi dapet kunci kamar jam 4 sore. Itu juga belum dapat handuk.

Susah sinyal. Bisa-bisanya hotel mahal gak ada wifi nya. Wisata di sekitar hotel juga gak ada apa-apa. Jadi harus stay di hotel aja gak bisa kemana-mana.

Hotel management is lacking. I complained that the elementary school lock was broken for 2 hours, the water was dead and I didn't bother to fix it.

Great hotels and views. They have banana boat and you need to pay before you play. Overrall is good. But not many things to do and places to visit.
