The hotel was filthy and dusty, gloomy, and made me shudder. The room was filthy, with a thick, sticky floor. The bathroom's bathtub leaked. The hot water wouldn't turn on. The swimming pool was covered in moss.

For that price, it's still a good hotel in Solo. The bed sheets and pillows are faded, the bathroom is not clean, there is no hot water, the faucet is broken, breakfast is fried rice with eggs and hot chocolate delivered to the room, not a buffet, the kettle is rusty, there is no shampoo, the facilities in the room and around the hotel seem poorly maintained.

Very disappointed with the WhatsApp reservation admin. I confirmed my order with the hotel reservation number on Thursday night, and they replied on Friday afternoon. After that, I replied again, and it was just read.

The cleanliness of this hotel is very lacking. The bedroom and bathroom are dirty. The TV and Wi-Fi don't work either. The swimming pool is also dirty and unusable. Fortunately, the AC is still cool, the toilet still works well, and the breakfast is still quite tasty.

The hotel room lock wouldn't open. The room didn't have an inside lock. Very unsafe. Request for twin beds was ignored. Very disappointing.
