Paid above but did not get room

The motel is quite big, but it was probably built a long time ago so it's not as beautiful and new as in the pictures. The first time I checked in, the room was smelly (maybe because the room hadn't been used for a long time), so I asked the concierge to change the room. Checking in to a new room is ok. The receptionist as well as the housekeeping staff are very friendly and lovely. It's a bit unfortunate because the motel used to have a motorbike rental service and it didn't continue to promote it, so I had to rent a motorbike outside. The motel is also near the beach, near the night market (~ 1km away but I don't remember the name), near Dragon bridge, Son Tra night market, near Helio night market,... quite convenient transportation. The hot and cold shower faucet is a bit difficult to adjust the water temperature.
