Had a lovely experience during stay here.

In my opinion, customer service still needs improvement, especially at the reception desk. I didn't feel a warm welcome there; the staff seemed cold and unfriendly. Perhaps it would be better if they were accustomed to smiling and looking at guests more amicably. However, I really appreciated the friendliness of the other staff, especially the security guard and the male staff member who served breakfast. They were very friendly, prompt, and professional. I would also like to express my deepest gratitude to the security guard who found and returned my wife's wallet. His honesty and kindness really impressed us. May he always be blessed with goodness and blessings in his work.

The breakfast really needs to be improved in terms of taste. The mattress is hard :( and noisy, every time you move your body the mattress makes a noise. I happened to bring my child, and my child was startled awake every time the mattress made a noise. Please change the mattress and the bed frame.

Very comfortable and quiet. Breakfast is okay. The most surprising thing is the drinks at the hotel bar are top🫶

friendly staff, cool and fresh hotel atmosphere, there is a 24-hour security guard for motorbike parking too, in front there is a cafe that is quite crowded for hanging out. the breakfast menu is quite varied, the room facilities are okay and clean. easy hotel access and far from the noise of traffic (not heard from the room I stayed in)

For comfort, this is very comfortable for me. Clean and fragrant. But the sink in the room is a bit clogged, so there is often still dirt that is not flushed. The toilet door also often gets stuck so it is a bit difficult if you want to go back and forth to the toilet, you have to bother with the door first. The service is good, the staff is very friendly. The breakfast is delicious but maybe the menu could be more varied.

The staff is very friendly, the facilities and general condition of the hotel are very comfortable. The location is also not too far from the main road so if you want to enjoy the fresh air of Bandung by walking it is also good. The main highlight of this hotel is of course the modern but homey interior. And also support for less waste which makes an environmentalist really happy!

Aesthetic room and hotel overall. Booked to Extra Large room and turned out showering on a bath tub and no head shower available. It is a bit weird to shower inside a tub and no head shower attach on the ceiling or wall. A/C is not too cold due to its awkward position for the xlarge room. Staff were all friendly, welcome drinks were nice. Parking is easy in front of the hotel although its dirty soil ground area and not really good during rainy season. In house restaurant was good, small spaces but good menu.
