The hospitality staff was friendly. The room was comfortable, but it wasn't soundproof enough, as you could hear footsteps on the stairs and a child crying in the middle of the night. The lower pool wasn't very clean, with moss and faded paint on the slide. The upper pool was clean.

I made a mistake on the booking date and couldn't reschedule at all. The hotel didn't understand my loss at all and couldn't help me in any way. They were too rigid, so I just accepted it and considered it a donation to the poor and needy so that it would be a blessing for me.

The room is not soundproof, there are still activities at 10 o'clock at night, the room layout, the hotel area floor is dirty, maybe it is rarely mopped.

The hot water took a long time to come out, having to wait 15 minutes. We went there because the food we saw on social media was good, but it turned out that due to the small number of guests, they served it a la carte. The bathroom door was hard to close. The pool was drained in the morning, but it should have been done in the afternoon, as most guests don't swim during the day.

The warm water pool below is a bit unkempt, there is moss, the room next to the restaurant is noisy at night because of live music, parking is limited, the restaurant food runs out quickly and is slow to refill, other than that the atmosphere is ok, it's ok for a family vacation, Check In Check Out is smooth, Close to the Golden Park tourist attraction

clean hotel, fragrant & clean lobby, clean room & bathroom, but not fragrant, it would be better if given a spice aroma like in the lobby, book a Family type room for four but unfortunately the location is far below, far from the restaurant far from the pool, too many stairs to go through. suggestion to install a lift nice room balcony view, beautiful, green there is a river and the sound of water that makes it calm
