The worst villa I ever stayed! When checking in, we were assisted by their staff. We arrived at around 10.30 WITA. After a while, we found that the TV was not working properly. Then after that, we checked the hot water and it was also not working. After that, we called the reception and 2 of their staff came. The TV was fixed first and it worked even though the picture was blurry. Then they had difficulty fixing the hot water. We waited for almost 30 minutes and there was no follow-up, we contacted the reception again but the result was the same. They informed us that the engineering had gone home so the staff there tried to climb the tower. After waiting for 30 minutes without any good results, we contacted the reception again and asked them to come to the room while giving an explanation. And the explanation was really unacceptable. They informed us that all the rooms also complained about the hot water after I complained. Do all the guests who stay have the same bathing schedule as me? It's so strange. Then when I asked what the solution was, the receptionist said they could help prepare hot water from their kitchen. I asked how much? 1 bucket. 1 BUCKET? This is the first time I want to take a bath and I'm given 1 bucket! (They informed us that they would fix the hot water the next day at 10 am while they asked us to strictly check out at 11.30) Then at 23.45 WITA we decided to move hotels. The plot twist was when I wanted to get the deposit, there was no receptionist standing by, only security, we said we wanted to check out and get the deposit, where was the receptionist? She said she had gone home. How could the problem not be finished and she had already gone home. Not long after that the receptionist appeared from behind. It turned out that the security was trying to back up the receptionist by saying she had gone home. And surprisingly when we checked out my ID card was not immediately returned. I only realized it on the way to the new hotel. Finally we had to go back to the villa to get the ID card.
