The service is quite good, worth it with the cheap price. But it is very unfortunate, the room I stayed there was not clean enough. Before going home suddenly my body and feet itched. Then after returning from staying there, the skin on my body and feet became even itchier and left scars. I went to the doctor and it turned out I had bed bugs. So please for the management, maintain the cleanliness of the mattress more, so that the next customer does not experience the same thing as me.

The room is quite comfortable, the AC is a bit noisy, not too cold. The toilet inside is quite worth it. Another thing in the room I booked was quite a lot of mosquitoes so I had to provide an autan.

I've been here many times actually, but just yesterday I had a bad experience. Previously the receptionist was a young man, check in was fast without any hassle. Yesterday on November 13th I went there again, the man on duty was a man who was so complicated, my ID card that was usually not held was now held, then he asked for proof of successful payment from my Traveloka, I already said that if it hasn't been paid, there won't be an e-ticket from Traveloka, and in Traveloka there are no details like bank statements. He was really stubborn, he had to show it, finally I just showed him the bank statement that had been successfully paid for Traveloka. Only then did he believe me and let me in. That was the last time I went there, I won't go there again. At least if you don't understand how to be a receptionist, don't be a receptionist sir, Traveloka can't be fooled. If there's no e-ticket, it means it hasn't been paid. That's just making things difficult for guests.
