No customer information support

I asked xhd to promise but they didn't do it. They informed me that they paid twice but in fact I only stayed in one room and they didn't respond to me.

I booked a room for my younger brother to take the exam in Quy Nhon, with the intention of giving the children a good experience, a good space to feel comfortable when taking the exam. But when I checked in, the hotel said that the traveloka application had been closed and that I had not confirmed that I had booked the room, so they made it difficult for my younger brother to check in. While I booked 2 rooms for 8 people, but there were only 7 people, so they demanded an additional fee, but we refused. Renting 2 rooms, but 1 room was fine, the other room was not cleaned properly, I don't know, but the smell of vomit was very unpleasant (my younger brother and sister had to move to 1 room to sleep because they said the staff had a very difficult attitude towards my younger brother and sister, so they didn't dare say anything). I really hope the hotel will change the way they work and make the environment cleaner so that customers will have a more positive view, as well as travel in Quy Nhon City.
