Good location and comfortable room to stay.

Pros: Strategic location walking distance from Jungceylon Mall, Big C, Night Market and Resto. Large and comfortable room, the bed is hard but we like this type of bed. AC is ok, there is a large balcony. The food tastes OK but the variations are boring. Room cleanliness is good, the hotel position is a little bit inside and quieter here and out. Not right on the side of the road. Cons. The receptionist needs to upgrade from greeting, hospitality. The restaurant staff and cleaning service are much friendlier. There is no standby ballboy.

Pros: Great spacious room, aircon perfect, great location near restaurants, night market, Jungceylon Mall, Bangla Road also walking distance. Cons: Hallway hot, floor needs to be cleaned up. Reception really has to improve a lot. Start from greeting, smiling, and helping customers.

Came when they were making the road, so it was a bit difficult to find the entrance to the hotel. Must call to ask for directions from the hotel. The service staff is very good, the accommodation is comfortable, clean, but the breakfast is a bit less.
