friendly, clean, ok.. can repeat

Over all okay, but to ask about the breakfast menu, please don't ask at night (knock on my room at 10 pm)

So I didn't know if this hotel was sharia, so when I asked for help from my friend (of the opposite sex) to lift our suitcases and a lot of stuff because we are MUAs and got jobs in Batulicin. There was an unfriendly knock on our room and then we were told, "Have the male guests left?". At that time my friends and I were surprised because we were not wearing the hijab. The next day when we were about to check out we asked our friend to help us carry things from the room to the car and then the female receptionist who was very bitchy and unfriendly said, "No opposite sex is allowed to enter the room". I said, "He's just helping to lift the suitcases" and still the receptionist insisted and waited at the door. If it is indeed sharia and no members of the opposite sex are allowed to enter the room, please inform them from the start. Because there was no bellboy to help us, when we asked for help they didn't even move, at the reception I asked the bellboy to help us bring our 6 suitcases but no one approached our car + -5 minutes so we had to carry it ourselves. Worst hotel and service.

The crew was quick to help when we complained because the neighbors in the room sounded like the TV was really full and was disturbing until 10 at night.
