The staff were friendly and responsive, but perhaps the management and controls needed improvement. The beach in front of the hotel was very dirty. The room we stayed in had damp walls and a leak. The hotel engineer offered to change rooms to the receptionist, but we chose to stay because we only had one night left. On the third day of our stay, when we wanted breakfast, the security guard said our room wasn't included in the breakfast list. I asked to double-check, but instead, they came again to confirm that breakfast was only for two people, even though I had already paid for an extra bed. I wanted to check the system, but the security guard just guessed and watched us eat. Uneasy, I finally took the initiative to go to the receptionist and ask the security guard to explain. They did apologize. But in the future, please take the initiative to check and coordinate with relevant colleagues. On the last night of our stay, we only received one bath towel, which was supposed to be three. I called housekeeping, who delivered it, and apologized.
