Regarding the dull appearance of the bed sheets, towels, and footcloths, we are aware that some of the linens are due for replacement and are currently undergoing a gradual renewal process. Regarding the swimming pool, we ensure that water quality checks, including pH levels, are carried out daily to meet standards. However, we greatly appreciate your feedback regarding insects in the pool area and on the balcony—we have forwarded this to the operations team for further action to ensure our guests' continued comfort.
