Before booking please read the policies carefully because I think they have weird policies about the deposit. I booked a room under 400k but they asked for a 300k deposit, which I think is not normal first off. They said that the deposit will also be returned 1-2 days after check out, not upon check out. The person that asked for the deposit was the person handing us the room key, which was not the owner or through the apartment. He asked for us to transfer the deposit and it will supposedly be transferred back, but again, not upon check out. What was weird was that when we asked who we can contact to ask about the deposit (just to be safe because we didn't want to be scammed) the guy refused to give us any contact numbers saying the admins taking care of the deposit had no numbers, weird right. We were really suspicious and didn't want to give the deposit, and so the guy left. When I tried texting and calling him again, he didn't answer at all. Before he left he also said, if you don't want to pay then just refund the booking, knowing full well that they did not allow refunds through app. We ended up not staying here and looked for another place. Overall an unsatisfied customer.
